Shipping Methods

We offer reliable shipping through Canada Post and USPS.  Upgrades to Express Shipping or other carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc) are available upon request.

Canada Post Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days

USPS Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or holidays.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on certain listed items.  All other shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the weight of your order. You will see the total shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Handling Times

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Special Conditions and Restrictions:

We ship worldwide from British Columbia, Canada. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Cancellations

At 3 Storms Creations, we pride ourselves on offering unique, handcrafted items that are made with care and precision. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Each item is crafted specifically for you, and production often begins immediately to ensure timely delivery.
